Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@saurra.com so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care items (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Note: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return it for a refund, then make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
